Branding Design + Development / Art Direction
Alongside the wired cable box, the L.L.Bean Catalog was a fixture on our coffee table. My mom displayed the hand-drawn renderings with great pride. I admired the bright green shapeless corduroy dress to help me emulate Murphy Brown, my teen style goddess [much to my mother’s horror]. I dragged my oversized hunting boots between classes wrapped in my dad’s fisherman knit loosely styled over my chambray button down, also borrowed from his closet. Without permission. A close friend of the family for years, L.L.Bean called and I jumped at the chance to join in the launch of their newest venture, The Signature Brand.
